Customer Service Hours

Our customer service hours are 9am-5pm Central Standard Time, Monday through Friday. We are one hour behind New York City and two hours ahead of Los Angeles.

PLEASE NOTE ... Our Returns Policy: Due to the intimate nature of our products, we CANNOT accept returns. We can, however, accept exchanges if you follow our store policy's instructions.


About U.S. Overnight Orders: Our overnight carrier is DHL (we occasionally use UPS).
DHL does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday.
Overnight orders placed after 4pm CST, Monday - Thursday will ship out the following day.
Overnight orders shipped out on Friday will not arrive until Monday.
Overnight orders placed after 4pm CST on Friday will be shipped out on Monday and arrive to you on Tuesday (unless there is a holiday).

Not all zip codes qualify for overnight delivery.

For International Customers: We now offer international ordering for a flat $20 surcharge. Please note that each country has its own regulations regarding incoming shipments. We cannot mark the packages as 'gifts' to avoid additional charges by your government.
